The Provencal Costume & Jewelry Museum is showcasing typical rural wear alongside 19th century works by the Provencal School.

For our Grecian year, the Fragonard museum is showcasing Greek costumes from the mid-18th century to the second half of the 19th century. This lighthouse exhibition is held in partnership with the Benaki Museum of Athens.

Antiquity is a wonderful field of exploration and especially projection for the artists of the late eighteenth century where each Athenian heroine or Roman incarnates a certain vision of the French woman.
